CTI Training
Training will consist of strength, agility, plyometrics and conditioning training as well as shooting and stick handling led by CTI staff.
Groups
There will be 2 groups.
10U
&
12U + 14U
CTI is limited to the 40 participants per session. Eligibility will be determined by first come, first serve and athletes must be registered for the 2025-2026 season with WYH.

10U group from 6 - 7 pm
12U + 14U group from 7 - 8 pm
